Für Ersatzteil-Anfragen oder -Bestellungen benötigen wir die genaue Bezeichnung des Rotors, das ungefähre Kaufdatum des Rotors sowie die genaue Beschreibung des Ersatzteiles. Oftmals ist es auch hilfreich, das defekte Teil an uns zur Identifizierung einzusenden.
You need a spare part for your broken rotator - just contact UKW-Berichte!
For your order of spares we need as much details of your broken rotator as possible: type of rotator, date you have bought your rotator or copy of invoice, and a very detailed description of broken part. If you have a list of spare parts available in your Instruction Manual please identify part by part no. Sometimes it is neccessary to send us broken part for identification especially if there have been modifications within same rotator type.
